Runner's nutrition: tasty seafood salad #2. Squids and olives

Hi there, fellow hungry runner! Today is the salad day, here you go, it's simpler then you can imagine. Get some squids, olives, olive oil and spring onions. Chop them down in one plate and mix well -- it's not too healthy, while squids are canned and olives too, but it's still tasty and can refill your fuel tanks fast.
Here is what t looks like.

You'll need these to get tasty seafood salad #2. Squids and olives:
  • three cans of squid
  • one can of green olives
  • some amount of spring onions
  • and a tablespoon of olive oil

Runner's nutrition: tasty vegetable salad #1. Tomatoes and peas salad

Hi there, fellow designer, runner and all other types of eaters. Here, in this new section of our articles we will try to describe all those fun and tasty ways to eat fresh, healthy and cool. Let's start with this all new tomatoes and peas salad!

Ingredients for all new tomatoes and peas salad:

  • tomatoes — 3 of them, sliced in half-rounds
  • cabbage and carrots — sliced in tiny narrow and long bits (about 1/4 of final volume of serving)
  • spring onions — about half of cabbage+carrots amount, sliced in small bits
  • green peas — about 100 grammes
  • fresh natural yogurt with no additions like sugar — about 100 ml
  • salt — as much as you want
  • olive oil — as much as you want
  • various spices — as much as you want
